It is in a woman’s nature to look after others, we are the nurturers. It is so important that we, as woman, take care of ourselves, especially if we are moms too. Go To Bed Early
Being constantly on the go and staying up late to get things finished is not healthy for you. Yes you may have deadlines and you may have things you need to complete – this is inevitable but every now and then give yourself an early night to give yourself a break.
I do all I can to make sure that I do take care of myself. Towards the end of lst year I felt very tired and felt like it is as if I am living someone else’s life. Up until my mom advised me to take some time off and remember to do things for myself. So all I do is do that and I feel very light and lively.
It is so important to look after ourselves! I know how things fall apart when I start to forget about looking after myself!
Feel quite emotional reading this as I haven’t prioritised my self care since having a baby and I’ve definitely felt the wrath and burnout that comes with it and once again I made promise to myself this year would the one where I prioritise my self care and here we are in the middle of February and I haven’t made it a priority.
It really is so important Terri-lee. I have learned over the years how essential it is to look after myself! When I don’t take the time for self-care I can feel my energy levels dropping and I am not able to care for my family like I would like to.

Since I had a baby 6 months ago I have NO time for myself Im so tired and need a me day.
