  1. I do all I can to make sure that I do take care of myself. Towards the end of lst year I felt very tired and felt like it is as if I am living someone else’s life. Up until my mom advised me to take some time off and remember to do things for myself. So all I do is do that and I feel very light and lively.

    • It is so important to look after ourselves! I know how things fall apart when I start to forget about looking after myself!

Feel quite emotional reading this as I haven’t prioritised my self care since having a baby and I’ve definitely felt the wrath and burnout that comes with it and once again I made promise to myself this year would the one where I prioritise my self care and here we are in the middle of February and I haven’t made it a priority.

    • It really is so important Terri-lee. I have learned over the years how essential it is to look after myself! When I don’t take the time for self-care I can feel my energy levels dropping and I am not able to care for my family like I would like to.
