  1. I have to agree 110% here its motivating yourself to get started on the workout. The most excercise I do is walk to work and home which is about 3minute walk to and from work. So i get my blood flowing but thats it. I am too affraid to walk the streets I cant afford gym membership and I dont drive so I have no transport. the only thing I do is maybe twice a week I will play ball with my son for about 30minutes. Kicking it and throwing it to each other
