When I was breastfeeding my first baby I heard about jungle juice and I made it a few times. It tastes refreshing and gave me a wonderful energy boost when I really needed it. It is not easy to keep your energy levels up and to stay hydrated after the birth of your baby when you are breastfeeding and this remedy really helped me in the early days.
Keep in mind that this recipe has high sugar content, which can lead to thrush so use it to increase your energy levels when you are feeling low and run down, but it is not an every day drink.

Jungle Juice Recipe:
- 1 lt boiled water
- 1 lt Apple juice
- 1 sachet Blackcurrent Rehydrate
- 60 ml Schlehen Berry Elixier
- 10 drops Rescue Remedy
- 2 lt container for storing
Jungle Juice must be kept in the fridge and used within 24 hours
