My FertilitySOS Review

While I have never had problems with falling pregnant I have many family members and friends that have had problems with falling pregnant, and with losing a baby during pregnancy. I’ve seen how devastating it can be for a couple when they so desperately want to have a baby and are unable to conceive. Someone close to me told me recently that struggling to fall pregnant is so “unsexy” and the emotional toll it takes on you is incredibly intense.

This book is a fantastic resource for couples that are struggling to fall pregnant. It is well written, easy to understand, and has a wealth of information providing many reasons why a couple may be unable to conceive, or carry a baby to full term, as well as possible solutions to these problems.

Seeing a fertility specialist and undergoing fertility treatment is expensive, as well as stressful. This book gives couples a step by step guide to work through a host of possible challenges to falling pregnant naturally. The book also talks about mental health and how it is such an important part of being able to fall pregnant.

The book also has a resource guide and tracking charts at the back for you to keep notes and track important things such as your menstrual cycle, temperature (for ovulation), mucus and PH, PCOS, things to discuss with your doctor, supplements, and herbal supplements for men and women.

Reading this book has made me aware that there may be a very simple (and easy to fix) reason why you may be struggling to fall pregnant. Taking a few simple steps may just solve your problem and help you reach your dream of falling pregnant naturally. While this won’t be true for every couple, it is certainly worth making a checklist of all of these things and work through them to cross them off your list.

Daminda Senekal-Griessel offers fertility coaching, taking a holistic approach to get to the root cause of your infertility, gaining an understanding of your general health, identifying any problems, and taking the necessary steps to prepare for a healthy pregnancy and delivery of your baby. Daminda also offers a Fertility Masterclass course on her website.

FertilitySOS is available as an ebook on her website and Amazon, and the physical book will be available in all major bookstores and Takealot in about 2 weeks time.

Oh wow, sounds like an amazing book for people struggling with infertility, and don’t we all know someone going through this? Wish this book was available years ago as my mom’s older sister has struggled with not being able to have children and even gave up. She’s 60 now and childless, it’s so heartbreaking! I definitely will be sharing this so more people can be helped with the information regarding fertility 💜

  4. Suffering from fertility problems is one of the most emotional thing and it’s worse that you can’t just talk about it without hurting those affected by it,you just have to be considerate about this topic
Its really sad knowing there are some women who want to be called mommies but its impossible because of the infertility issues
I just wish they was a way to help those who cant afford expensive ivf treatments
