Well you are lucky! Or maybe you just need to have another baby lol, I was fine until the last year. I actually lost all my baby weight within 3 weeks of giving birth to my second baby and was weighing less than before I fell pregnant with my first child 🙂
Maybe that weight takes some time to settle in? Who knows but I have approximately 15kgs I need to lose.
Will it be recommended while breastfeeding?
@karla Great question, I never thought about including that information!
I just did a quick Google on it Karla and Green Tea and Oolong tea should only be drank in moderation while breastfeeding.
White tea it appears is fine to drink while breastfeeding.
I would avoid drinking Hibiscus tea while breastfeeding.
There are also loads of herbal teas that increase breastmilk supply which you may want to check out!
