Uses for Vinegar vaginal tightening to weight loss

The Many Uses for Vinegar – From Vaginal tightening to Weight Loss

Yes you did read that title correctly! I’ve been reading up on the many uses for vinegar and while I have been using vinegar for many years for loads of different things it is only during my research for this post that I came across using vinegar to tighten your vagina!

Yes, I know… OMG! It brings to mind a very funny conversation I had with a close friend and her sister a few years back. She says she has a “crooked smile”. Yes I’m going to tag you in this, I never forget… bet you weren’t expecting me to become a mommy blogger right?

Anyway back to the vinegar…

The Many Uses Of Vinegar From Vaginal Tightening To Weight Loss

Vinegar is natural and safe for you, for your children and your pets. It is incredibly versatile. Since it is incredibly acidic with a PH of about 2.4 it is an antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial. This means it kills germs, lots of the bacteria that causes illness, microbes and other microscopic organisms. It is also able to kill mold.

Seriously vinegar is amazing and you should have some white vinegar and apple cider vinegar on hand at all times. I’m going to list all the uses I can find for both and if you know of any more… or if you’ve tried any interesting things (nudge nudge, wink wink) that worked then let us know in the comments below this post!

Ok so here we go, I’ll start off with vinegar for vagina tightening, well because that one just has me wondering…

Does vinegar tighten the vagina

Does Vinegar Tighten the Vagina?

Seriously, we’re all moms here and a lot of us gave birth naturally, so if this works then there might just be some very relieved ladies around.

Ok so here’s what I’ve come up with… this is an old traditional vagina tightening remedy that has been used by women for many years to achieve a healthy and tighter vagina.

All you do is add a little bit of vinegar to your bath water and soak for at least 30 minutes.

There is a lot of contradicting information online about using vinegar to tighten your vagina, some swearing by it and others saying it is just an old wives tale and it has no effect.

Ok so we have the most fun and entertaining use for vinegar out the way!

Freshen up rugs and clean your carpets with vinegar

If you’ve spilt any liquids on your carpet blot it up as much as you can with a cloth or towel and then take a spray bottle with some vinegar diluted with water and spray it on. Then blot it up with a clean dry towel or cloth until the stain has been removed.

Use vinegar to remove chewing gum

Chewing gum stuck in hair? Or perhaps a gummy chewing gum mess stuck on the bottom of your shoe or on your clothing?

You can just wipe down the areas the ants frequent with a water and vinegar mix, or spray the area with a water and vinegar mix.

Vinegar is cheaper, it is not poisonous and you don’t kill thousands of little creatures. They just won’t come back for a very long time.

  3. Josephine Crawford

Lynne, this is a really comprehensive list with directions to use vinegar. I love to use it in my kitchen and bathroom. It does keep the ants away and leaves my bathroom fresh and clean. The tiles are super shine when I spray with vinegar and wipe.

I sometimes add the peel from limes and oranges and let the mixture rest for a few days and guess what? I have my own scented cleaner that didn’t cost a lot. Good job Lynne.

    • Oh lovely, thanks for sharing your personal tip there Josephine! I am sure that is a lovely scented cleaner, I am going to give that a go.

Thanks for sharing this @lynne. Here I go with my triple like again!!

I just love vinegar. When I prepare salads, I add vinegar, salt and ground pepper! That’s it! I prefer vinegar over salad dressing any day.

I had no idea that there are so many uses for vinegar. I only knew about a few. I’ve already mentioned before how much I enjoy posts about life-hacks or tips for ingredients that we have in our cupboards at home.

I am quite unfamiliar with apple cider vinegar. I know it by name only. But I’ve read and heard so much about it especially over the past few weeks, that my interest is genuinely perked. This post has given me a whole new insight on the matter and I am printing this list as we speak, so that I can start applying these tips.

I really cracked myself at the tightening the vagina use. Who knew this was possible and I will not be surprised if it works because vinegar are one of those small gifts that just makes my life a whole lot better!

    • Lynne Huysamen

LOL @loupie I don’t think that vinegar tightens the vagina… but hey I’ve read about it so many times I thought I would add it in… it certainly gets people clicking. Now you have no idea how many people find my website through typing in search terms like:
      – vinegar vagina douche
      – clean vagina with vinegar
      – vinegar vagina

I’ve even been playing around with the idea of writing an article titled “vinegar and vaginas”… because you know people want to know about it! I would have to do some research on it. I did read up a little a while back about vinegar vaginal douches but from what I can see it is not really a great idea to put vinegar on or in your vagina.

BUT apple cider vinegar for weight losss…. OH YES! I’ve been on a serious weight loss mission this year and I have managed to lose 7kgs so far. I am really needing to share everything about it. I have started with making a Youtube video on the detox drink I have been drinking every day. Just need more time!!

  13. Elize Swanepoel

    OMW @lynne, you see how gullable I am? 🙂 🙂 🙂

It certainly got my attention and if you do decide to do some research on the subject and write an article, I will be interested in reading your findings.

Who knew hey? Hahahaha well if it get’s more traffic to the site, then this “vinegar vagina topic” certainly is beneficial to have around. I think it might be mighty uncomfortable to put vinegar in or on the vagina. That’s why I thought it’s a good idea to dilute it in the bath water. Hehehe.

I’ve been using lots of vinegar but not apple cider vinegar.

I actually told my husband last week that I want to buy apple cider vinegar because I’ve heard so much about it lately and would like to give it a try. After reading this article, I am definitely buying it because I am super impressed about the anti-dandruff tip. I’ve been struggling for years with this. I like that this will not only eliminate residue on the scalp but can actually eliminate the problem completely.

    • Lynne Huysamen

For sure and I can promise you that if you put the word “vagina” into a title then so many people click, its quite amusing.

I’ll try and get that detox drink recipe up as soon as possible, as well as all the other things I have been doing this year that have led to my 7kg weight loss!

  14. I’m definitely saving this article I never knew vinegar had so many uses I will be trying this out I’ve seen the one with the cola for Windows and removing gum from hair I have vinegar at home it’s cheaper I’m already using apple cider vinegar this is cost effective the vagina tightening first time I heard that one I’m learning everyday this is like the new miracle product

  15. Oh my gosh!
I didn’t know there was so many uses for vinegar in the household.
I have to admit I do use vinegar as a cleaning agent for my bathrooms and kitchen, but that is with a mixture added to water and bicarbonate of soda.
I definitely have to try using this to clean the inside of my kettle. It stains so often, and I always wash it with dish liquid and rinse thoroughly, then boil twice on repeat to ensure all detergent is rinsed off properly.
For weight loss I have read about apple cider vinegar not the normal spirit vinegar.
Vinegar is an item that each and every household has, and is so helpful.
This article was a good read, very information.

  16. Betsie Labuschagne

This is real interesting uses for vinegar. You can use a mixture of bicarbonate of soda and vinegar to relieve the sting of bee stings. Just put it on like a paste on the sting wound.

  17. I did not know that this mixture could assist in a bee sting.
Thanks @Betsie for a wonderful useful hack.

  18. Wow never knew you can use it for your vagina. I’ve been using this for other purposes but will definetlty try it for my vagina lol thank you for sharing
