  1. Great article. I’m a bit clueless as to what the benefits for the different fruits and vegetables are. I didn’t even know that Avocado is good for the brain and to keep my blood pressure in check.

    I love making smoothies, but I haven’t given natural juices a go.

    I am definitely going to try some of these, especially pomegranate. It sounds very refreshing.

    I do like eating fruit in my salads, especially chicken salad. It really just take that salad to a whole other level.

    I try to steer away from fizzy drinks or cooldrink in general.

    I’ll rather drink water with lemon or lime cordial.

    My boy often takes a sip from my drink and he seems to love it as well.
