Worksheetcloud Offers Free Live Online Lessons To Learners

Worksheetcloud launches free online lessons for grades 3 to 7, offering learners up to three live-streamed online lessons per day from Thursday 2 April, during the national lockdown.  Subjects covered initially will be Mathematics, English and Natural Science, with more grades and subjects added over time.

To join a live lesson, parents need to browse the available online classrooms, and choose their child’s grade.  A schedule for the grade will be available, showing the times and days for each lesson.  Simply join the class from your computer, tablet or cellphone by visiting www.worksheetcloud.com/live and your learner is all set!

After each lesson, downloadable resources like worksheets and tests will be available for the learner to complete before the next lesson. Should the lesson be missed for any reason, each lesson will be available to access at any time afterwards.

Worksheetcloud has sourced highly-qualified and experienced South African teachers for our online live-streamed classes, ensuring your child has access to quality teaching during the national lockdown.

WorksheetCloud is rallying behind South African parents and children during this time of global crisis. That’s why we’ve developed and funded this online learning initiative – . We hope it helps your child and gives you (as a parent) some peace-of-mind.

Why is WorksheetCloud giving free online lessons?

Just like you, we’re also parents. Nobody expected this global COVID-19 pandemic and the reality is that everyone has been thrown into disarray.

We believe that your child should roll with the punches and continue their learning. That’s why we decided to launch our free live-streamed lessons. We are making our virtual classrooms freely accessible to all South African learners who have an internet-enabled device.

And, we are not making any money from this. We refuse to take financial advantage of a pandemic. We’re funding this live lesson project with our own money and a contribution from the MySchool Programme.
