Wow I found this very informative and helpful! Thank you. Definitely something to keep in mind and be thoughtful about.

  2. Great read. I also found taking my vitamins helped me a lot with my morning sickness. I was on a vit that you take certain ones in the morning and certain at night.

Yes I believe that is true for many pregnant women, that getting in the right vitamins can help to reduce morning sickness 🙂

  3. I’ve been on a regime of supplements since we tried to fall pregnant, our doctors suggested that I only add a calmag supplement to my cocktail once I was pregnant. Currently I take Vitamin C, Omega 3, Calmag, Folic acid and a prenatal vitamin. I must say that I never had morning sickness, only varying degrees of nausea.

    • You are so lucky that you haven’t struggled too much with morning sickness. I also had it very mild and only with my first pregnancy, but I believe that it can get seriously unpleasant!

  4. Very interesting article! Thanks. Will pass it on.
