It’s 2020 – a new year and a new decade! While I don’t ever make any New Year’s Resolutions I do enjoy getting back into routine and focusing on my health after the festive season. All that yummy food and lying around on the beach makes for a wobblier tummy and leaves me in need of a bit of a detox.

Vitalge Nutraceuticals
When I was contacted last year by Vitalge Nutraceuticals to try out their longevity products I was excited to try them out but I never expected to get such fantastic results.
They sent me their Glow Rejuvenation facial serum and Life Force supplements.
I receive these products at the perfect time – I had been seriously ill and was struggling to recover from bronchitis. It was the beginning of the 4th school term and so busy. I felt and looked completely washed out.
The Glow Rejuvenation facial serum is produced from pure essential oils. The first morning that I used it I got comments from some of the moms when I dropped my kids off at school because I had perked up so much from the day before.
After using the Glow Rejuvenation for a few days my husband told me I looked years younger than normal.

I can thank Nature’s Nutrition superfood powders for getting me into the good habit of having an early and healthy breakfast every morning. I’ve never been much of a breakfast person unless it is late morning and a greasy fry-up. That’s the honest truth!
Since being gifted some of the Nature’s Nutrition range to try I’ve been having daily smoothies and I love how it has changed my lifestyle for the better. My husband and daughter have also started joining me in smoothies for breakfast every day.

Cherish Beauty By Nature is a top notch range of skincare products produced from essential oils. I was gifted the Cleansing Oil, Toner, Face Serum and Eye Serum.
My skin just loves this range. My favourite product out of this range is the toner. Unlike so many other toners that I have used it does not make my skin feel pulled tight afterwards. Instead my skin feels fresh, clean and moisturized which is fantastic.
I love keeping this range for using in the evenings as part of my self-care routine before bed.
