  1. I had no idea about coffee being able to reduce your chances of getting cancer and Parkinsons too. , that is really interesting.

    Honestly I love coffee and while I am not addicted to it or drinking it all day I desperately need my morning cup of coffee to get going! If for some reason I don’t get my morning cup of coffee in then my day starts off all wrong. I feel “off” all day.

    There is nothing like coffee to jump start your morning.

    The people that say coffee is bad for your are referring to when you overdo it, not having 1 or 2 cups a day.
