Sounds like great stuff Lynne! Do you know if it is available in the United States? I’m always on the hunt for healthy food and this seems like something that’s right up my ally. I typically don’t eat too much for breakfast and I like to eat something quick so this would be perfect.

And yes I agree breakfast needs to be something quick, easy and light yet filling and nutritious. So many people (myself included) can’t handle eating a big breakfast. I’ve never heard of FutureLife before but it sounds great. I struggle to get my kids to eat a healthy breakfast – thankfully lately they have been having Weetbix every now and then which is a big battle won.
I’ve never noticed FutureLife products on the shelves… are they available in the major supermarkets like Checkers and Pick n Pay? I just looked at their website and I’ve noticed they do the bars too which might be a great addition for my kids lunch boxes if they like it!
