I’m wondering if CBD would help with anxiety. Wanting to come off my meds. Definitely going to chat to my Dr at my next appointment.
I believe that CBD really helps with anxiety but I have not taken it myself! I was gifted some CBD oil from ADCO CBD and my friend is busy testing it, so far she has said it helps her to sleep well (she suffers from insomnia) and she is very stressed out and it has helped calm her. I’m hoping she will join me live on Friday morning to share her experiences with the CBD oil, so if you join the live on my Facebook page at 9am on Friday you can ask her questions!
