Oh my, thanks for sharing this with us.

I had no idea that Arthritic pain can be relieved. My right foot get’s very painful at times, especially on cold days. Sometimes, it’s throbbing and then I have to drink medication for relief. I will give the hot bath with salt or Epson salt a try because I get a lot of lower back pain as well.

Generally, I enjoy taking a shower.

I don’t always have the time for relaxing in a hot bath, but after reading this article, I think I’ll have to make some time to do this.

Lately we’ve been taking baths rather than showers with the cold nights and mornings of Winter.

We save water by bathing in the same water.

JD and Johan takes a bath together and then I take a bath in the same water.

I know that I always feel better after a hot bath when I have a cold or the flu and a good night’s rest afterwards.

I had no idea that lying horizontal in water improves the mood and was scientifically proven. That’s why so many people consider a foam bath with a glass of wine and candles such a treat.
