To age gracefully, and without too much pain, it is important to take care of your health. You can start today, even if you have not been on top of your healthcare in the past, it is never too late to turn things around.

You don’t have to become a vegan or run marathons, but there are a number of things you can change in your daily life to make a better and longer life for yourself. Regular checkups and eating a balanced diet can be the start of a long and healthy life.
