Created in Japan by Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. under the concept of ‘Perfect and Simple’, Hada Labo Tokyo™ promises highly effective skin care whilst eliminating all unnecessary ingredients and additives that sees all its products paraben, fragrance, dye and mineral oil free.
