It has been another busy week behind the scenes 18 March 2022 and I am so grateful that today is break up day! I am really looking forward to turning off my alarm and having a break from the school routine. The live video this morning was so much fun and very educational, for me and everyone else. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know more about Koa Academy.
Busting Online School Myths – With Koa Academy
I absolutely loved getting to know Mark Anderson from Koa Academy and having him answer all the things that have held me back from looking into online school as an option for our family. I started off thinking that there was no way that he could convince me that online school was an option, however by the end of the interview I was really interested in Koa Academy and all that they have to offer.
I was going to summarize that interview in this weekly update post, however after getting started I realized that there is way too much information I want to include and since this is a quick weekly update post it’s not going to work well. So keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming post on that interview, in the meantime if you want more information you can watch the video above.
Deworming
A reminder to moms, to deworm everyone in your family every 6 months, including your pets. I know that I should be doing this myself and I mostly remember but sometimes I drop the ball. On the weekend my child reminded me it was time to deworm and I asked why and the reply was that worms have been sighted in poop. Ok yes I was on it really fast.
I dropped the ball and we are now all dewormed, so I thought you could all learn from my mistake and get it done if you are overdue.

Easter Holidays
This first term has flown by. It feels like it was only yesterday that it was back to school for 2022 while at the same time I also feel absolutely exhausted, both physically and emotionally.
Seriously what is with all the drama when it comes to 10 year old girls? If this is what is coming now I can only imagine what the teen years are going to be like!
So I am incredibly grateful it is break up day and after my live video this morning I get to pick my kids up and go straight to my parent’s farm for a little downtime. I can get to have a holiday from cooking, cleaning and chores for a few days while visiting and then I get to go home for a few days without my kids.

Cadbury Unboxing
I’m super chuffed with the Cadbury Easter delivery that came this week, I unboxed it live and know my kids will be so excited when they see everything. I will be publishing a press release from Cadbury next week so keep an eye out for that.
