Benmills Turkish Cotton Towels Review – High Quality, Luxurious Towels

If you’ve been following my blog you will know that I’ve been very much focused on home decor since we moved into our new home. I was so excited when I was contacted by Benmills to review their Turkish cotton towels. Doing up my bathroom was next on my list, so it came at the perfect time.

The Turkish cotton towels are 100% cotton and eco-friendly. The bath towels are 85 x 160cm and come in the colours slate, oatmeal, and wet pebble (more colours can be sourced on request). The bath towels are currently R599 on their website.

My Turkish Cotton Towels Review

I’m not sure what the towel arrangement is in your home, we have loads of towels, however none that match in size or colour. I was so excited to get two high quality, matching towels that are neutral colours, exactly what I’ve been wanting for my bathroom.

I chose the wet pebble colour towels because I felt the oatmeal would be a little light and the slate too dark for the colour scheme in my bathroom. The colour matches perfectly to what I had in mind.

With the first use the towels were not as absorbent as I would have hoped, however, this was only the first use before I washed them. After washing them they became super absorbent and I was very impressed. My recommendation is to wash them immediately before using them for the first time.

The towels are lightweight, soft, and dry very quickly which I love. There is nothing worse than trying to dry yourself and your towel is still wet from using the day before.

Another fantastic thing that I noticed is that these towels fold up super small, making it easy to store them and making them fantastic to pack when traveling as they take up hardly any space.

You can add a box to your order if you are sending them as a gift, however, this option is not available on their website. You can send an email to orders@benmills.co.za to request a box – it is an extra R50. Take note that you can contact Benmills via email to place your order if there is no stock showing on their website or if you would like to order a different colour than the ones shown on their website.

I highly recommend the Turkish cotton towels from Benmills, they are high quality, super stylish, soft, and absorbent. Everything you could want in a bath towel.
