I love playing around with making new smoothies and this one is my favourite and it goes so beautifully with this supplement that I just have to share it. Please note that this recipe makes 2 big smoothies and 2 small ones – enough for my family of 2 adults and 2 children.

I always freeze my fruit each week and portion it so that all I have to do each morning is grab a container from the freezer to quickly whip up my smoothies. It means that fruit never goes off and it makes my mornings easier, plus using frozen fruit makes the smoothie oh so yummy and refreshing!

Ingredients:

• ½ pineapple
• 1 banana
• 1 apple
• 2 cups almond milk
• 2 tablespoons organic aloe juice
• 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
• 1 tablespoon honey

My Verdict For Beauty Greens Collagen Superfoods Powder

This is hands down my all time favourite superfood powder for smoothies. The taste is amazing – so fresh and tantalizing. It compliments every smoothie I make beautifully.

The best part though is how I feel after having this supplement every morning for a while. I feel energized and healthy, ready for the day.

The collagen has been absolutely amazing and something that I now cannot do without. It makes me feel so healthy and good. My hair is thicker, longer and softer – forget buying fancy hair products, all you need is collagen! My skin is smooth, hydrated and feels amazing. I look younger and I feel younger.

I highly recommend buying Beauty Greens Collagen Superfoods Powder – if you are not a smoothie fan you can add it to your yoghurt, some milk or even some water but add it to something, you will not be disappointed.
