I think we all have a struggle with plain water…@ani1009 same here we add lemon to our water with ice blocks i find it easier to drink super cold water i even tried water melon and its nice i didnt taste like watermelon but ita differenr maybe havent used alot of watermelon to amount of water i like this prodyne fruit infusion flavor pitcher from Amazong will work great.

  3. I wanted to ask still putting your water in a soda stream is it bad because of the gas or not because its water with gas if its coke i think thats bad but water with gas??? Not so sure

      @lisaanderson I am sure that water that is not carbonated is much healthier than carbonated water. However that said I love my Soda Stream and every now and then when I am struggling to drink some water it makes such a difference. I am sure that drinking some carbonated water is not as bad as not drinking enough water.

      I’m sure that as with most things, in moderation it should be just fine. Coke is another story of course, it has all that sugar and caffeine in it!

      • Thanks @lynne makes more sence i was also thinking about it in that way…yes coke is a huge problem if you want to loose weight with all those sugar and caffeine…i also like now and again to put my water in the soda steam agree its making a difference then just having plain glass of water.
