32 Minute Home Cardio Workout for Weight Loss

I have been doing this home cardio workout by Fitness Blender for about 2 months and it has helped me to lose belly fat as well as build up my fitness and my overall strength!

I can feel how my arms are getting more toned and I feel great after doing it. The best is that it uses no equipment at all, you just use your own body weight. The only thing you need is an exercise mat.

I’ve started to follow Kelly on Fitness Blender because she is just so lovely and totally real. Her advice is solid and her workouts are enjoyable.

  1. Once again Amazon have everyhing you need….her work outs are indeed enjoyable just to be fit and get some overall strenght if you dont do it to loose weigt as i cant loose more weight but surely usefull for anyone.

      I do this exact workout 4 times a week @lisaanderson and it is awesome. I can feel the difference in my body and my health after only a few short months. I will be blogging about my personal weight loss journey and lifestyle changes in a while, I just want to wait a big longer.

      I love yoga, it is so relaxing.
